Since the beginning of this year, the company's SBS solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, metallocene resin, PE-RT pipe materials and new materials such as TF1007, a special terpolymer for polypropylene, rank first in the country.

For a long time, Dushanzi Petrochemical has strengthened scientific and technological innovation, built a number of scientific research platforms such as synthetic rubber test base and polyethylene pipe processing technology center of the group company, and vigorously developed new materials with "large market demand, high technical content, good economic benefits and environmental protection". Every year, the company develops 6 to 8 new chemical products, initially forming three superior product series: pipe material, metallocene film and environment-friendly rubber. Among them, TUB121N3000B, a special material for gas pipe, has been selected into the list of high-quality products of international PE100+ Association. Metallocene film materials realize independent innovation; Environmentally friendly rubber 2564S and 2557S meet EU standards.

We will strengthen the production technology of polyolefin, synthetic rubber, refining and chemical products independently, promote the solution of key core technical problems, and form new materials with unique advantages. Completed the national key research and development plan "Key Technology of Industrialization of High-performance Synthetic Rubber" project of the company, developed narrow distribution rare earth butadiene rubber BR9101N/BR9102 and functionalized solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber SSBR 72612F, and realized industrial trial production. The rolling resistance and wet skid resistance of the tires made of the two materials reach Grade A and Grade B of EU tire labeling regulations respectively.

At present, 27 products of Dushanzi Petrochemical Company are listed in the "22+N" brand project of China Petroleum Refining and Chemical Plate, accounting for 35%. Solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber was selected as the innovative product of new chemical materials in China.
